Camping supplies rental
Rental time limit
The rental period is 4 days from the date of pickup. After 4 days, 25% of the total rent per day will be charged as a rent extension surcharge. (24 hours less than one day will be counted as one day) (Example: Pick up the equipment on June 11 and return it within June 14)
Pick-up and return arrangements
The pick-up and return location is the Lai Chi Kok store, and free delivery service is provided for orders over $800.
Extraction arrangements
In-store pickup:
Users need to check on-site to check whether all the equipment can be used normally and are intact. If there is anything missing or damaged, please report it to the responsible colleague immediately. After signing the rental handover form, the user is deemed to agree that all equipment is complete and in good condition. and in good condition. If the quantity is found to be inconsistent and the camp is damaged when the equipment is returned, the user will be responsible for compensation according to the "Equipment Damage" clause.
If the equipment is picked up by other means of transportation:
Users are required to count the quantity of all equipment within 3 hours of picking up the equipment, and check whether they are all in normal use and intact. If there is anything missing or damaged, please report it to the responsible colleague immediately. Users will be deemed to have lost their equipment 3 hours after picking up the equipment. It is agreed that all equipment is in good condition. If the quantity is found to be inconsistent or the camp is damaged when the equipment is returned, the user must pay compensation based on the individual retail price.
Deposit
The rental deposit is stated separately on the product purchase page and is paid when picking up the equipment. After returning the equipment, if all supplies have been cleaned and can be used normally without damage, the deposit will be fully refunded within 4 days.
Appointment cancellation/revision
If the deposit is requested within 7 days of the planned pick-up date, we will charge 50% of the total rental amount/difference as a handling fee.
We will charge 80% of the total rental amount/difference as a handling fee 1 day before or on the day when you plan to pick up the camp gear (if you submit it before picking up the camp gear).
Equipment use/damage
Users must properly manage and legally use and keep equipment. It is strictly prohibited to illegally build rental equipment on non-government designated legal camping sites or use equipment to commit illegal acts. If the equipment is damaged due to any factors during use, the user must pay compensation based on the individual retail price.
Return equipment
Users must return all equipment (including cooking utensils, tents, etc.) in the same packaging and cleanliness standards as when they were picked up. Otherwise, the company will charge the lessee the relevant organizing fee ($80 per tent) and cleaning fee (per tent). Set for cooking and consumption ($50). If the soiling is irreversible or irreversible, it will be regarded as damage and compensation will be made. When returning the equipment, the user please confirm any items left in the equipment. Adverse weather arrangements
If the user is unable to return the equipment on time, please contact the store via Whatsapp. If the store does not receive any notification within 3 days of the scheduled return date, the relevant personal information may be handed over to the relevant government departments for follow-up. If a typhoon or heavy rain is expected to hit Hong Kong in the next one to two days, you can apply to our store for an extension 1 day before the scheduled pickup date, and our store will handle it as appropriate.
Failure to return equipment on time
The company obtains the personal information of the person who picks up the goods from the user and will use it for the following purposes. Except for reasons permitted by the Personal Privacy Ordinance or other laws, the use of personal information will only be used for rental and sales services, product return and other purposes of our store. Transactions; or for purposes incidental to and related to the above. Privacy Policy If the lessee or user is determined to be a good returner, the company may provide the lessee or pick-up person's name, ID number, phone number, email address, personal address and other personal information to Other relevant government departments.

The Company reserves the right to formulate or amend individual terms and conditions or issue additional guidelines. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.

outdoor activities
I understand that the course/activity involves physical exercise. To the best of my knowledge and belief, there is no health or other reason that makes me unfit to participate in this training and accept the assessment/activity. I am in good health and do not have any pre-existing health or mental problems or allergies.
I voluntarily participate in this course/activity and understand that some training items are dangerous. If I am injured or encounter an accident while participating, the person arranging the course will not be held responsible. I know and understand that participating in any FUNPEAK ADVENTURE course/activity will involve many risks and dangers, and the extent may be greater or different in nature than what I encounter daily.
I am willing to accept and fully bear the risks, crises and dangers and the personal injury, death, property damage or loss that may be caused by the risks, crises and dangers. Waiver of any and all claims, legal actions, costs, expenses and demands that I may have against FUNPEAK ADVENTURE.
I acknowledge and agree that FUNPEAK ADVENTURE shall not be liable under the following circumstances (but not limited to): any personal loss or injury; any direct or indirect loss (whether personal injury or property damage). I am responsible for the safety of my belongings. FUNPEAK ADVENTURE or any relevant coaches or staff will not be responsible for any damage or theft before, during or during the activity.
If any equipment, appliances, devices or other property during the event is damaged or destroyed (other than ordinary wear and tear), stolen or removed due to my negligence, I shall pay the cost of repairing, restoring or repurchasing the items concerned.
The coach and the organizer reserve the right to change the activity route due to weather conditions, participants' personal abilities, or venue arrangements. Safety is the first priority. Therefore, the organizer and the coach reserve the right to change the activity route without prior notice to participants. No compensation or compensation of any kind may be retroactively granted for this purpose.
FUNPEAK ADVENTURE does not provide refunds for any reason. Activities that cannot be organized will be rescheduled. Activities that are canceled due to bad weather or other force majeure factors will also be postponed, but no refunds will be given in all cases.
I agree and allow FUNPEAK ADVENTURE to take photos or videos during the itinerary/course for recording and publicity purposes and publish them in different forms without receiving any remuneration. It does not require my additional consent to use my personal information, portrait, The name and voice are used for organizing and promoting the event, including my portrait and name, which may be used on the organizer's website, videos and promotional materials related to the event. The organizer has the absolute right to use the videos, images and records of any event.
I agree to abide by FUNPEAK ADVENTURE's guidelines and instructions before and during the trip/course.
