Camping equipment rental
Rental period
The rental period is4 days from the date of pick-up. After 4 days, a surcharge of 25% of the total daily rent will be charged.
(A day less than 24 hours is counted as 1 day) (Example: Pick up equipment on June 11 and return it on June 14)
Pick-up and Return Arrangements
The pick-up location is Lai Chi Kok store.
In-store pickup
Users are required to check on-site whether the equipment can be used normally and is intact. If there is any missing or damaged, please report it to the responsible colleague immediately..After signing the rental acceptance form, the user is deemed to have agreed that all equipment is complete, normal and intact..
If the quantity is not consistent and the equipment is damaged when it is returned, the user must bear the compensation according to the "Equipment Damage" clause.
If you pick up the equipment by other means of transportation
Please count all equipment within 3 hours of receiving it to check whether it can be used normally and is intact.. If there is any missing or damaged item, please report it to the responsible colleague immediately.. After the user collects the equipment 3 hours later, he/she shall be deemed to have agreed that all equipment is intact..
If the equipment is found to be inconsistent in quantity and damaged when it is returned, the user must pay compensation according to the retail price of each item.
Deposit
Cancellation/Amendment
The deposit must be paid within 7 days of the proposed delivery date.50% of the total rent/difference will be chargedAs handling fee.
Equipment use/damagebad
Users must properly manage, use and keep the equipment legally. It is strictly prohibited to illegally set up rented equipment at non-government designated legal camping sites or use the equipment for illegal activities.
If the equipment is damaged due to any factors during use, the user must pay compensation according to the retail price of each item.
Return equipment
The user must return all equipment (including cooking utensils, tents, etc.) in the same packaging and cleanliness standards as when they were picked up. Otherwise, the company will charge the tenant the relevant sorting fee ($80 per tent) and cleaning fee ($50 per set of cooking utensils)..If the soiling is unrecoverable or irreversible, it will be treated as damage and compensation will be made..When returning the equipment, please check for any items left inside. Our store is not responsible for any items left behind after the equipment is returned.
Inclement Weather Arrangements
If the user is unable to return the device on time, please contact our store via WhatsApp. If our store does not receive any notification within 3 days of the scheduled return date, the relevant personal data may be handed over to the relevant government departments for follow-up. If a typhoon or heavy rain is expected to hit Hong Kong in the next one to two days, you may apply to our store for an extension one day before the scheduled pick-up date and we will handle it at our discretion.
Failure to return equipment on time
The personal information of the recipient obtained from the user will be used for the following purposes. Except for reasons permitted by the Personal Privacy Ordinance or other laws, the use of personal information will only be used for rental and sales services, product returns and other transactions in our store; or the purposes of the above-mentioned incidental and related business. Privacy Policy If the lessee or user is identified as not returning the equipment properly, the company may provide the lessee's or recipient's name, ID number, telephone number, email address, personal address and other personal information to other relevant government departments.
Final decision
The Company reserves the right to determine or amend individual terms and conditions or issue additional guidelines. In the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
Agree to the terms
By completing the payment procedure, the customer agrees to the above rental terms.

Outdoor Activities
I understand that the course/activity involves physical exercise. To the best of my knowledge and belief, there are no health or other reasons that would make me unfit to participate in this training and assessment/activity. I am in good health and do not have any pre-existing health or psychological problems or allergies.
I voluntarily participate in this course/activity and understand that some training items are dangerous. If I get injured or encounter an accident during the participation, the person who arranges the course will not bear any responsibility. I am aware and understand that participating in any course/activity of FUNPEAK ADVENTURE will involve many risks, dangers and hazards, and the degree or nature of which may be greater or different from those I encounter in my daily life.
I am willing to accept and fully bear the risks, risks and dangers as well as the personal injury, death, property damage or loss that may be caused by the risks, risks and dangers. I have the right to give up my any and all claims, actions, costs, expenses and demands made.
I confirm and agree FUNPEAK ADVENTURE We shall not be liable for the following (but not limited to) circumstances: any personal loss or injury; any direct or indirect loss (whether personal injury or property loss). I am responsible for the safety of my belongings. If any damage or theft occurs before, during or after the event, FUNPEAK ADVENTURE Or any related coaches or staff are not responsible.
If any equipment, apparatus, fixtures or other property at the Event is damaged, destroyed (except for normal wear and tear), stolen or removed due to my negligence, I will be responsible for the cost of repairing, restoring or replacing the relevant items.
The coach and organizer have the right to change the activity route due to weather conditions, the personal ability of the participants or the arrangement of the venue. Safety is the top priority. Therefore, the organizer and coach reserve the right to change the activity route without further notice. Participants shall not seek any form of compensation or compensation for this.
FUNPEAK ADVENTURE No refunds for any reason. Activities that fail to form a group will be rescheduled. Activities that are cancelled due to bad weather or other force majeure will also be postponed, but no refunds will be provided in any case.
I agree and allow FUNPEAK ADVENTURE During the itinerary/course, photos or videos may be taken for record and promotional purposes and published in different forms without any remuneration. My personal information, portrait, name and voice may be used for the purpose of organizing and promoting activities without my separate consent, including my portrait and name may be used in the organizer's website, short videos and promotional publications for the relevant activities. The organizer has the absolute right to use any video, image and recording of any event.
I agree to abide by FUNPEAK ADVENTURE before and during the trip/course guidance and instructions.
