The rental process is very simple

2️⃣ Collect and collect camping equipment at the agreed time and place🛠️
3️⃣ Go to Camp! ⛺️
4️⃣ Return the camping equipment at the agreed time and place⚒️
5️⃣ Once the staff confirms that all camping equipment has been disposed of, the $500 deposit will be refunded within 4 days! 💵

If you need to rent camping equipment, our specialist will ask the renter to fill in the following information : Renter's name Camping location Pick-up time and location
(The rental package is 4 days, it is recommended to pick it up 1-2 days in advance to facilitate familiarity with the camping equipment and pack bags)

1. Participants must confirm their health and safety conditions before the activity. Should any discomfort/injury occur during the activity, please immediately inform the coach/staff.
 2. Rescheduling will occur in the following two situations:
a. If the weather is severe/a Red Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 8, or higher (depending on regional rainfall) has been issued, cancellation will be announced 2 hours before the activity, and the rescheduled date will be announced later.
b. If sea conditions are severe/the Observatory forecasts deteriorating weather in the next few hours, cancellation will be announced 1 hour in advance, and the rescheduled date will be announced later.
 3. No rescheduling/refunds will be granted for absenteeism due to personal reasons.
 4. Please carry and safeguard your personal belongings; we are not responsible for any loss.
