🏔️Coach's Story | The Peaks We've Conquered!

Ever seen someone turn "rock climbing" into an everyday activity? That's our Coach Billy!

🧗Billy's "Hardcore Resume" that makes people go WOW!

1️⃣ "A Year in Chamonix" - "Training" at the Foot of the Alps
Ever been to Chamonix, the sacred place for climbers? Billy stayed there for a whole year! Every day, he'd be on the rock face with local mountaineers, from ice climbing to high-altitude techniques, even drawing route maps during meals. Billy's climbing philosophy is: "It was in Chamonix that I realized mountaineering isn't about 'conquest,' it's about learning to be friends with the mountains."

2️⃣ "6 Days, 168 Routes" - "A Record Moment" in Hong Kong's Climbing Scene
Last year, he completed the challenge of "6 days, 5 nights, 16 climbing spots in Hong Kong, and 168 routes (F5-F6a+)"! Don't let the numbers be abstract — F5 is beginner-friendly, and F6a+ is an advanced level. This means he climbed for 6 straight days, tackling everything from "beginner-friendly" to "thrilling for veterans."

3️⃣ "Mountains Conquered" - From Japan's Icefalls to the Alps
▪️ Japan's "Aizawa Icefall": Climbing on 10-degree below zero ice walls, with shattered ice from the ice axe falling like stars;
▪️ Japan's "Mt. Arafune, Asahi-dake East Ridge": Traversing coniferous forests to climb volcanic rock, with the silhouette of Mt. Hatta visible from the summit;
▪️ Alps "Lagginhorn 4010m": Summiting his first 4000-meter peak in the Alps (difficulty AD-4a);
▪️ Norway's "Arctic Ice Festival": Exchanging experiences with climbers from around the globe on the Arctic ice sheet, and sharing with us upon his return that "the Arctic ice is bluer than you'd imagine"~

❤️ But what's more impressive than his resume is his "gentle professionalism."
He has always aimed to be an "UIAA International Mountain Guide in Hong Kong," simply saying, "I want the people who follow me to have fun and feel safe."
